SILVER SURF BOARD
In order to get the silver surf board you go to the sports shop and go to the page with the surf boards.Then you click on the penguin holding the surf board.after that you have to click on both the star then the sea shell.Thats it.

THE DELUXE STONE IGLOO
What you need to do in order to get the stone igloo is go all the way to the back of the book.(After you click on upgrade your igloo)stop at the last page and click on the door of the deluxe snow igloo and there you have it.
